The Compasses at Pattiswick, Pattiswick

Visit this pub on our Suffolk to London journeys. They do a great lunchtime 2 courses for �7.50 offer & have never been disappointed can't see how they do it for the money taking in quality of food, service etc....

The Square and Compass, Worth Matravers

Used to be my 'local' when I lived 14 mile away,
now I live 220 mile away, everytime I go west always call in, superb pub, specially when the sun's out but seeing all the reviews wonder what a pub has to do to get 9 or 10 !!

The Ship Inn, Blaxhall

Been using this pub since it opened a year ago.
It's without doubt the best pub within the Suffolk Heritage Coast region. A little out of the way but worth the effort. Sharon used to be the chef at The Crown in Snape, so if you know that one you'll know the food will be good, if a somewhat more simplified menu + reasonable (for Suffolk!) prices. Usually min. 6 real ales plus range of Ciders & lagers. Great live music & when the sun's out .....bliss. This pub has gone from strength to strength in such a sort time.
Also has cheapish/good accommodation. Keep up the good work.
