Near the centre and a real haven/oasis of real ale. Barman can be a little surly but the selection of real ales is fantastic. Pool table and real fires. Good cross section of the public go in here. Off the beaten track but on a bus route. Fancy a pint there tomorrow night?

How fantastic that my comment will appear beneath that of Mr Wilkin, well known for his lambing smock, and a man with whom I have enjoyed many pleasant evenings in this, the best of all Bradford's real ale houses.
Worth a 10 mile bus ride any night of the week, especially if you are 35+. Love the juke box.
