The Fox, Twickenham

Quite simply the best pint in Twickenham. Friendly, competent staff who actually care and a mixed clientele - what more could you want? Well, maybe a little more lighting - it really can be a bit dingy during the day. The Naked Ladies, Betty Stoggs and Village Idiot were in top notch condition the last time I went in and apparently the cider was also in fine nick.

The Ship, Soho

I've been coming here, off and on, for 25 years and although it's changed enormously in that time, the beer and staff remain superb.
Hopefully the bean counters at Fullers will allow it to continue to evolve naturally and I can look forward to another 25 years.
