Bar Original, Surrey Quays

This place is great, It is full of people who care about what they look like. up-market and has a great feel. I realy enjoy it here, my girlfriend and I go every weekend. The staff are good, know what there doing. Does attract gays, but thats because its dun up realy nice! But you want to have your nose in the clouds and wear all yur designer clobba, perfect place!!

The Orange Tree, Hitchin

I visited the pub on Thursday as the manager from the Millstream said it was a nice place to go, a little upper market i was told! YEAH RIGHT! The place looks realy nice, could do with a bit of a clean! The manager from the millstream should go visit it. I realy didnt like it, I was served by I assume the manager, so rude! He looked like he'd just rolled out of bed, I orderd my drink and he said to me 'is that it, just a drink' and smerked at me! I was going to eat but HE WAS SO RUDE! I went to my normal pub in hitchin I WONT GO HERE AGAIN! You get better sevice in emdinton McDonalds!....and thats realy bad!!!

Millstream, Hitchin

I can not understand the comments made about this pub!!! I dont visit that oftern (ounce a week). This in my opinion is great, I have got to know a few of the staff and Im made very welcome everytime! I do eat in this pub, and ok the food does need improvment! Had a chicken salad and the chicken was burnt! But as for the atmosphere WOT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? Its a very big pub, but saying pub, its not the normal kind of pub! I was in on thursday I see the same saff as I always do, great service and make the time to talk to me! I dont know where the comments come from, but I think this place is good! Im glad this pub does not appeal to the young, drunk and scum that the other two pubs have. WELL DONE MILLSTREAM, WELL DONE MCMULENS FOR BEING BETTER AND DIFFERENT!
