The Gate, Arkley

Just 15mins drive from the hustle and bustle of my Central London home, is the countryside setting where the gate is located, the food is fantastic, and very reasonably priced, and the lighting is very cosy. The only fault I can find with this fantastic pub, is no matter what time you arive, it is always busy and the car park is usually full, but i suppose that is a reflection of the great food that is produced there.

The Sun and 13 Cantons, Soho

Possibly the best pub in Soho, unfortunately the legend landlord has left, but the top quality bar staff and good fun punters are still there.
Nice Thai kitchen, the jungle curry will blow your socks off!

The Ship, Soho

Great pub, great beer, even better staff, even better landlady..... and sometimes she even plays Human League for me!
