I think this pub is fabulous.
It has two function rooms, reasonably priced drinks, pool tables and kids are welcome.
The regulars are harmless. It's very male dominated so I'll agree with the swearing but it's harmless and I've had some GREAT nights out there!
Would honestly recommend that you try it for yourself rather than listening to its reputation.

The Rockingham Arms, Elephant and Castle
The most amazing collection of full time alcoholics I've ever seen.
The pub's dirty, it smells like a tramps jumper and the food's pretty lousy.
But, the drinks are cheap!!
