Midget, Abingdon

I think the midget is a brilliant pub and I'm not a local either. As for being full of drug dealers, I've never been approached in my life!
Its true there is a community spirit in the pub, but it is far from unwelcoming, and there are a variety of events in the evenings, and everybody is included. I don't generally leave notes on forums, but felt compelled to, as from my experience, the previous wall posts are far from the truth, even verging on slanderous!
Every time I have visited the midget I have had a great time, staff are very friendly, good menu, great outdoor seating/heating. Generally a well designed lay out, great place to watch the football. In essence a young vibrant pub, with a good atmosphere, which I feel the new bars that are sprouting up everywhere are missing.
