The Dragon Inn, Worcester

A first class 'real ale' pub. No T.V. No jukebox. The staff are very knowledgeable about the beers and many other topics. Don't ask for "lager" or "Guinness". These words are regarded as bad language by the owner.

The Paul Pry, Worcester

The pub is in the middle of a redevelopment area but I believe that some of its features are 'listed'. Architecturally it is unique in Worcester. With a triangular bar and the original shelves behind the bar which were obviously made by a craftsman. If it ever is redeveloped it would be a tragic loss. All it needs is someone with an interest in tradition to step in.

Vine Inn, Worcester

The atmosphere in a pub changes with the management. I have been using this pub since 1970 and have seen many changes. The 'Vine inn' recently changed hands and the mood has improved.
