The Windsor, Penarth

Good pub. Friendly staff, strong range of beers and lagers, good if basic pub grub, unbelievable range of bar snacks (.. from pork scratchings to creme eggs?)and plenty of tables for you and your mates to banter. Will def go back.

The Albion, Penarth

If you can get past the hard stares from the locals (and sometimes the staff) this is a good traditional pub with above average beer. Would go more often if there was a warmer welcome.

The Windmill, Mayfair

Fab find, not too far from the pub death row that can be Oxford St. Great selection of beer and lagers, lots of tables, on the ball staff, good food options, or, simply put - a pint, a pie and a seat!

Loved the fact that it has no pretensions, not trying to be anything other than a good solid British pub, will definitely go back.
