Sheephaven Bay, Camden

A great pub - as a local resident I am over the moon that Pat has opended this place (replacing the less pleasant Mornington Arms) - it is ideal for watching football, the beer is good, the food is better than any other pub in the area. A friendly landlord and Monday night quiz make this a great boozer and very much a hidden gem.

The Lamb, Bloomsbury

Good pub, though it gets busy. Good Youngs ale. Nice original decor.

Quinn's, Camden

Totally agree with Stonch - this is a great pub with great character. Sure - it might take more than 5 seconds to get a drink in your hand but if that is all you are worried about you may as well stay at home with a can of John Smiths.
Pat is certaliny a legend and having been going in Quinn's for 10 years I have found him to be a real gent and great host.
