The Windmill, Mayfair
A really lovely pub. Shame about the woman who answers the phone. I just rang to enquire as to whether I can reserve an area for a group of ten to twelve people for after work drinks and I got a flat no. She was incredibly abrupt, rude and unhelpful. Shame, because I work about 5 seconds from this pub and would have brought her a lot of business. I don't mind that they don't reserve areas but she could have been polite.
