The Sloop Inn, Scaynes Hill
Bar staff surly, attitude at best indifferent. Food no more than average but fully priced. interior dull, but the rural setting is its saviour, lunch on benches on the outside, weather permitting. This could be so much better with a little personality.
At bank holidays, one to avoid.
