Excellent beer, friendly staff. I stayed in the cottage across the street for a week back in early august. They let me bring my young kids in every night for dominoes, darts, etc. For food, go the the Ship Inn down the street.

Good food, excellent Isle of Purbeck beer. A place for food, not drinking. Friendly.
