The Mitre, Islington

Its a Stream pub, cheap full of students - its like a can of ronseal it does exactly what it says on the tin. If you go in there wearing a suit students are likely to vomit on you, if you go in there dressed like a student you will have a really good time and no doubt get lucky. Despite its flaws its a good boozer with a nice outside space thats just had a recent facelift...

Doggetts Coat and Badge, Southwark

This pub is like a Goose or a Hogs Head, its just characterless - ok its got TV's adorning almost every wall and there are 4 bars but there are much better pubs out there.

The Ring, Southwark

Great pub, really good atmosphere - just slightly quirkier than the norm. The toilets need modernising somewhat.
