The Ferryboat Inn, Tottenham Hale

Bit of a walk from Blackhorse Rd Tube. A country style pub in the city. Food ok when I was last there. Nice garden to write lyrics in. There was a stunning waitress there in 2002.

The Duke of Devonshire, Balham

Perhaps my favourite pub in London. Beautiful Victorian grandeur. Great mirrors and wonderful lighting. Great day or night.

The Rose and Crown, Clapham

My second favorite pub in the area to the Duke of Cumberland. Real feel to the pub among the plastic trendy bars of 'Clarm'. Good food too, they even let me bring my own gravy powder and made me up a vegetarian one.
