The locally brewed real ale was unfortunately undrinkably warm so investment in proper cooling for the beer lines and the hand pump is required. A pleasant looking pub with a brisk food trade, which we didn't try, but was mentioned when we ordered our drinks.

The real ales sampled were unfortunately all served at room temperature as they had probably been sitting in the pipe overnight as the pub was fairly empty.
Some improved cooling to the beer lines AND the hand pump is required.
