Dear True,
My sincerest apologies for upsetting and scaring you with my ugly expression, I feel that I went too far. In my defence the bar was heaving and I did remain calm and polite until the 5th time that you asked me for a tray and then asked another bar person who confirmed what I had already told you. I really wasn't lying to you.
I hope that you and your friends have not been put off from visiting the Bishop again because it is a lovely place and so are the people in it (although we are yet to hire an in house magician).
