The Five Bells, Rattlesden

Brilliant local pub. I will always pop in when I visit my parents, and am always made welcome. The pricing is excellent and the footfall reflects that - this pub is always busy! They don't really do food, but for a quid they'll knock you up a cheese and tomato toastie, can't argue with that!

The Sun Inn, Feering

It's a shame that I have to write such a bad review about this place because it is a lovely looking pub, frequented by good people, and with generally okay staff. However, I cannot rate this place higher than a zero due to the rude, misogynistic, arrogant, aggressive and abusive idiot who runs it. Andy is one of the most horrible people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. He is rude to his staff and customers alike. He has a history of violence, particularly among those close to him. He openly kicks his dog in front of customers, a dog who, I might add, he never takes for walks. If this guy leaves then I'll frequent The Sun once more, but for now I cannot stand the site of this horrible man, and will refuse to go in until he leaves.
