Aragon House, Parsons Green

We came in today for lunch there were 3 of us. We ordered 2 burgers and a goats cheese on toast. We waited just over an hour for our meal. The burgers came out, 1 of them was wrong and then 10 minutes after I was informed that the goat's cheese had run out. This should have been told to me when I ordered and paid for my meal. I ordered a salad in place of it and was told it would take another 30 minutes. Eventually it came, not as I had ordered it. When asked to speak to the manager we were told he couldn't come to us, we had to go and find him by the waiter who had NO clue. We went in to complain and were then informed that there was no manager there! The waiter also informed us that they were unable to refund our money! This is absolutely shocking. On a sunny Sunday afternoon, you should be more prepared. Very unprofessional. Never again and I have let my VERY large circuit of friends to boycott this place, as well as the people around us today, who as sat there made bookings more lunch elsewhere. It's a shambles and you ought to be ashamed. We also had two rounds of drinks, with the same order each time and they were different prices.
