The Tynllidiart Arms, Capel Bangor

If you have ever stood outside a pub thinking "Whats this pub going to be like when we get inside?", then don't worry about this one.
It was an Easter Sunday evening in 2012, and my what a great surprise once we had walked inside. The ambience was warm, friendly, buzzing, and within 5 minutes, made you feel that you had been a regular in this pub for many, many years. The menu was varied and excellent value, and served in an dining area that was both spacious and comfortable,with service that left you feeling you had experienced a real treat.
The landlady (Margaret) and her attentive staff gave a personal touch of extreme friendliness, which is sadly too rare in most of today's pubs and eateries. We have been to many, many pubs in our 50+ years, and this was one of the most wlecoming.
Will we be back to this pub?, absolutely Yes, and would we recommend this pub, again it's an unreserved Yes.
A real gem in Capel Bangor.
