Pratts and Payne, Streatham

The Golden Goose! The jewel in the crown of the Goose empire. This pub rules ok. Go there with a smile on your face and and in your heart and you will be treated in a way that you thought was only reseved for men over 60 who prop up the bar all day.
Extremely reasonably priced with a standard pub menu but with a difference- small, medium & large options! They really know their customer base.
Vivre la goose!

The Hamilton Hall, Liverpool Street

Like any wetherspoons, this place rules. Cheap and non-pretentious. You know you will get a decent cheap drink here- even if you will srtruggle to find a seat. Makes a charming difference from the sloanes you find in other pubs round Broadgate. You wont be looked down upon for having a vodka and redbull instead of a pinot grigio. Feel at home - sit back and settle down for the evening or have a quickie before you shoot off somehwere else. Always good! Keep it real Spoons!!

The Marlborough Arms, Tottenham Court Road

I love the Marlborough Arms!! Its everything a dirty old back street pub should be: Cheap with enough spare seating for a group of mates to go after college or work- if you get there as soon as the bell rings. How can I not mention the cheap but delightful menu. A relaxed atmosphere where you will be left alone to drink in peace. People who don't like it should get out and leave more room for those of us who arent afraid to keep it real.
