Used to be my local (before I was converted to real ale) found it a nice place with friendly landlord (Mark)and bar staff. Caroline who used to work Sunday evenings was particularly friendly, not sure if she's still there. Never had food but met some good people and played some pool

Great pub, 12 constantly changing real ales from local breweries different taste every time you go in. Great friendly staff and when the kitchen opens it will only improve. Oh and early for the non smoking ban.
