The Blue Posts, Fitzrovia

Loved it. Met a friend there for chrissie drinkies. We went straight up stairs where a victorian decor reigns. Friendly & helpful staff. Leather bound seats. Roaring fire. Only problem is that it was a bit too hot. If I had been my usually assertive self I would have asked for the top windows to be opened but didn't. Drank house south african white. Yum. Ate chilli con carne which was a bit small but my friend had scampi and chips which was right on the button. No music or so quiet I couldn't hear. Nice. Will definitely be returning. Keep as an optin whenever you need a respite from pretentiousness or just want a quiet drink with friends. It was pretty full of fellas when we went in there. So girls THIS is where all the nice blokes are hanging out! Cheers.
