The Hampstall Inn, Astley Burf
We came across this pub when we were staying in a cottage in the area.Its a real old fashioned pub in the true sense of the word.Dogs are welcome in the bar and conservatory .The food here is fab.Have tried a weekday lunch - Steak and Ale Pie is to die for.!!! Have tried the Sunday Roast - very very nice , and a 3 course dinner in the Evening which was superb.The standard of food here is very very good.The landlord and lady and indeed all the staff are really friendly and accomodating.Even the locals are lovely.Felt I had to write a review as this place deserves to be praised.
