St Margarets Tavern, St Margarets
Great to hear from you, John, and thanks for being so frank about the pub.
I know my friends and I are delighted that the flags are going, but we hope the pub quiz and live music will stay! The food is great and the bar staff are nearly always friendly (Given it has been such a busy time I guess they've had more stress to deal with than usual.)
Any chance you could convince the spirit group to change that Rose for something slightly more drinkable?
Speaking for those who really care about having what was (in February) still a super pub, I welcome the refurbishment and your changes - which will hopefully bring the pub back to its former glory. Welcome to St Margaret's.
