The Royal Oak, New Malden

I popped in tha Oak for a couple of quiet pints a few weekends ago, I must say that its not a bad pub. On this occasion however there was a dog barking its head off and running around on the seats (inside the pub) it was making such a racket and annoying other customers but the owners or the barstaff didn't seem to care.
I didn't stay!

Further to my last comment regarding this pub, I believe it has gone down in my estimation! The visit that I posted a comment about was most enjoyable,however, I visited again and having bought my rather expensive lager I went to the outdoor seating area only to be "put upon" by a somewhat horrid 'old drunken bag lady type" with a hacking smokers cough who insisted on talking to me & would not take the hint that I wanted to be on my own!
Im really suprised that the Glasshouse with its new image etc would even let her walk through the door given her appearance, needless to say it was the quickest pint i've ever drunk!
I wont be back!
