I agree with the other comments, this has the potential to be a really decent little drinking establishment if someone is willing to put the time and money into it. And crikey does Walthamstow need it!

The only thing that would improve this pub would be a bulldozer. Beer tastes like piss, place smells of piss and the staff are as friendly as a pitball with a wasp sting on its balls.
