North Nineteen, Holloway
Reliable local independent boozer, typically has from 2-5 ales on any time, and those always in great condition, from countless visits. Worth seeking out even for the non ale-drinker for the food (mostly burgers/steaks/roast stuff, and nice big portions). Slightly out of the way if you're not from nearby but worth the trek.
