Just went to the excellent 'Indian Curry' evening last night and thought this place deserved a mention. Been here a few times and the food has always been fantastic. They always do different speciality food nights on Wednesdays, often food which isn't available around here like Filipino and Japanese. And then it's pub grub at the weekend. The beer from the Allendale Brewery is also getting better and better. I sampled the new Beauty last night and it helped the curry go down nicely! Great food, great Ale and friendly service in a cosy atmosphere - what more could you ask for!!
