we went in late May wich wasn't terribly touristy. Food was very good and portions large. Beer also good. Only fault,they won't let you view the evening menu until 18.00 So if you are there at 17.45 you can't read the menu to choose you're meal until they start serving from that menu at 18.00

Swan Hotel, Wilmslow

I went into this pub with my husband I was wearing a small felt hat as cancer treatment has given me patchy baldness. The pub apparently has a no hat policy so I was asked to remove it which was embarassing. I feel such a policy should be made clear before entering- not a pub I'd use again.
