The Mansion, Gipsy Hill

We've been to this pub a number of times for dinner and lunch. I have to admit the lunch service (a few days before Christmas) was terrible - they had 1 person behind the bar & 1 person serving food, but the pub was full!
However, on all our evening visits the food has been fantastic and the service has always been good.
It has a nice atmosphere and definately somewhere you can sit, chat and drink with friends for a long afternoon or evening

The Bridge House Tavern, Penge

This pub has just been fully refurbished by the people who transformed THE MANSION in Gypsy Hill.
This has got to be a step in the right direction for Penge...
