The Cambridge, Soho

Went in here the other (wed 16 Dec) night for a couple of pints after a curry in the west end. Was impressed at the selection of real ales on offer. However, when I ordered a pint of 'Dangleberry' (admittedly a humerous beer name) the 2 young anitodean barmen continually looked at each other, then back at me, smirking, as if they were taking the p*ss. The dark-haired one serving me then asked me 3 times what I wanted, which was clearly annoying. Whilst pouring the beer he then asked how much I had had to drink that night, I obviously asked the question why and he replied that I appeared quite drunk- which certainly was not the case.
In 20-odd years of drinking and having visited well over 1000 pubs, I have never ever been asked this before and am fuming now as I write this- a disgrace! On getting another pint at 10.45 I was aggressively told I had only 15mins to drink it and then at exactly 11.05, both barmen had forced everyone into one half of the pub and repeatedly asked everyone to drink up and leave! One of my colleagues actually had the glass removed from his grasp with a third of a pint still in it!
I am livid about the service in this pub- it was the worst I have ever had and would urge everyone to give this a wide berth and drink over the road in the Marquis of Granby. Be interested to know if anyone else has had this experience here.
By the way, the one toilet in the gents was blocked totally, with turd-filled water up to the top of the bowl-bloosy disgusting!
