The Olde George Inn, Shoreham

Our crowd of 6 adults and 4 under 18's went in there yesterday for the afternoon.

They had a real ale festival with guest beers and ciders on draught in the car park, went down well with our crowd and we enjoyed the entertainment supplied by a local "bluegrass style" quintet, in particular the young chinese violinist player who was excellent.

We all had lunch, some had the roast and some had the fish and chips, it was pretty good despite appearing a little hectic in the kitchen. (well they were very busy)

In summary, we all had a great time and will be visiting this pub again.

The Redan, Westbourne Grove

A useless piece of info about this pub:

For any Jim Diamond or PHD fans this was the pub used in the video for the 1981 UK hit " I won't let you down " by PHD (Jim Diamond lead vocal)

Still looks the same today....
