The Castle Hotel, Wem

do yourselves a favour and ignore the outdated reviews between 25 August 2006 and the 27 July 2010 as even I could not argue with them at the time of posting they have no relevance to the premises today since the posting on 27 July 2010 the pub was bought by joules brewery of Market Drayton and has undergone a major revamp and with licensees Richard and Dee at the helm along with friendly staff ,a new customer base the castle as risen like a phoenix from the flames offering fine ales and superb food freshly home cooked this is how a pub should be but don't take my word for it try it you won't be disappointed!
