The Spring Gardens, Marple Bridge

The Springers has a good big beer garden, but in recent years the bitter has become decidedly ropey, although the lager is fine. Plenty of space inside, has quiz machines, and a good sized car park.

The Navigation Hotel, Marple

Well it's a fairly spacious pub, bit of a 'locals' feel to it but generally alright - middle-ranking among Marple's many pubs. Serves the usual Robbies pint, is normally scally-free and also happens to be directly opposite a good Indian takeaway. Quality.
