I popped in a few days ago to have a look at the 'new' John Baird. Crikey what a big difference, No pool tables, no kids and no-one haseling the staff. Great beers aswell. The Strawberry Fuli is lovely. Haven't tried the thai food but it does smell good. Maybe on my next visit! Well Done!

The John Baird, Muswell Hill
Been away for a while and thought i'd pop in to see if they had kept up the good work and they really have! The pub is STILL clean and there are STILL no kids running riot in there. It's great to see they haven't slipped back into old habits.
The Ales were looking good when i was last in and now they've gone a step further and put a festival on! It's amazing to think that this place was such a dive only a year ago. Hat's off to the manager (Keith I think) and his team.
