One bad experience and you post a childish comment like this?
I'm no barfly but I've never been made to feel I should check my pride at the door. I've been a regular at many pubs over the years and this is definitely one of the friendliest I've frequented. Not only are the landlord and staff very welcoming but so are most of the drinkers. I�m not sure exactly what you did to offend the Adam but I�m guessing this was the evening you came in wearing a UKIP badge?
A big bonus of the pub is that not only do they server real ale but real cider too. Stowford Press is a welcome change to the usual selection of Magners or Strongbow usually available.
