The Narrow Boat, Skipton

Great selection of real and other ales (especially continental beers served in authentic glasses) and six British draft ciders. Ales incude Black Sheep, Copper Dragon and Taylor Landlord. Church pews are an interesting twist. Good service.

The Beer Engine, Skipton

Great microtubules. Five hand pumps. One blonde/pale ale and one dark beer, plus a still and fruit cider. The beers are stored in refrigerated cabinets behind the bar. Warm friendly atmosphere.

Costellos, Altrincham

I really like this place in Goose Green.. Really good selection of Ales all fresh and very tasty. Seven handpumps serving a variety of Dunham Massey beers starting from £2.00 a pint. Also still and fizzy Cider available.

Can get packed and slightly loud, but hey its popular so what can you expect.

Definitely recommend this place when out in Altrincham.
