Doing much better these days. New landlord who seems quite a decent guy. Had a bit of trouble in there lately I heard so the police have put it back on their radar sadly. Had the interior and exterior painted but you need sunglasses to go inside due to the colours! The person who decided on such a mish-mash of colour should be strung up! Its nice to see it on the up finally but still some way to go - but its getting there!
