Went into the White Lion on Saturday night having not been in for a couple of years. It seems to have changed for the better (it was not good back then) and is serving a greater variety of real ales than I remember. Food looks fantastic and they're advertising a beer festival for this August Bank Holiday weekend - I strongly suggest you try it!

The Garibaldi, St Albans
This pub will open under new management next Tuesday the 3rd June. It will have been thoroughly cleaned and tidied and the beer will be great. Promise.
