The Farmers Inn, Scaynes Hill

Very disappointed with 'worthit's' sustained attack on this pub.

Previous landlord took the place from being boarded up to viable pub and offered to make amends for 'worthit' seemingly disappointing night out. Worthit appears to have not only declined the hospitality of the previous landlord but also continued a vendetta on numerous website.

A normal punter would possibly give a bad review and move on.

The continued attack on The Farmers by Worthit continuing to the new landlord and the new name of Inn on The Grees suggests their may be something more than honest reviews going on here.

Previous landlord handed on far better pub than he inherited to new 'Inn on the Green'

My own view is that the new landlord is building on what he has inherited and has worked hard delivering a fully refurbished inside and out pub.

The pub is notable for beer lovers as not only delivering draft Harveys but also being the only pub in the area delivering cask Bass Ale.

Lager lovers have choice of standard priced Amstell to premium Hoegarden and Peroni.

I have used this pub for many years and I have not seen the investment being put in by the new landlord matched by anyone in my time.

Give it a try. The Inn on the Green may have cracked it for this place.
