The Scarsdale Tavern, Kensington

Dreadful place! If you want any kind of customer service when you visit a pub this is NOT the place for you. I echo the sentiments from some other reviewers; the landlady (mangeress ?) was unbelievably rude and unpleasant. The bar staff were also agressive and unfriendly and one did not know the ingredients for a well-known drink. I also had red wine spilt all over me and the guy who did just laughed in my face. No thought of an apology!! It is just the worst kind of excesses of the pompous "Chelsea Tractor" brigade that one thinks of in this area. Totally awful experince. Won't be going again.
