The George Inn, Eartham

I laid what I still thins was fair critiscism of this pub a couple of years ago, it has changed hands on a couple of occassions since. I have recently eaten there and I have to say that I enjoyed an excellent Sunday lunch. It has had a complete change of management and staff and is as good as the old 'George' well done James and Anita

This pub has gone down to the bottom of the pits, the staff are a total waste of time, it advertises food it cannot deliver, the staff are bored and disinterested, the place is untidy, (not dirty) it is really in need of some serious management.
The best thing the owner can do is off load it. It is turning business away and the locals for whom he obviously doesn,t give a shit are not going to have a pub.
What a total shame if only we could find someone who was interested in it it could make a profit.
Brian sell it you,ve really ruined it, or at least get someone in who is interested in running it!
