The Dorset Arms, East Grinstead

Having worked in East Grinstead for a number of years now the Dorset Arms has always been at the forefront of my mind when it comes to a night out. Be it for the comedy nights, the good food or the buzzing pub atmosphere and an ice cold lager (or golden ale in the summer) . However the latest manager has let things slip slightly and although the pub is still good it wasn't great! Moving forward the new young man in charge seems to be whipping things back the how they should be, with great ales, a wide selection of standard and premium lagers and a new chef making the eyes and mouth water with the latest menu launch proving a fantastic success. Add to this the array of specials being advertised and you almost don't want to leave until you have tried everything... I know I don't anyway! Bring on the good old times we have all had at the Dorset Arms as if things continue great times are ahead and I will definitely be there to see them happen
