The Bishop, East Dulwich

This is one of the best pubs I have ever frequented. Since moving back to the area on it's opening week it has become my local of choice and I take friends and family there frequently (too frequently) knowing the food is excellent (squid salad and risottos to die for) and the staff extremely friendly ie always remember you and make you feel welcome even if you aren't on first name terms with them! It has just the right mix of trendy and relaxed so you can take parents as well as enjoy a usual single night out on the town in there. If you live in the area and haven't been in here you are missing out or boring with no stomach for excellent and generous portioned food!!! Madness!
