The Hole in the Wall, Colchester

Avoid if you like ale and professional customer service. A friend I were served two very poor pints of Bombadier and these were returned to the bar, explaining that something was most definately off about them. We then entered a debate, which included the 'looks alright' comment which doesn't mean a thing, and then one of the two pints was replaced. Not accceptable when other establishments are doing so well on the basis of serving quality product with excellent customer service.
