The New Inn, Gloucester

Great beer but the worst pub food and service I have come across for years. Took an hour for sandwichs - which were on cheap medium sliced bread with hardly any filling. The soup was out of a tin. We had to chase the food 3 times - wished we hadnt bothered. Shame as it had excellant choice of beer on tap. Would never return.

GREAT LITTLE PUB - FRIENDLY WELCOME. GREAT BEER, WICKWAR B.O.B AT �2.15 A PINT AND SKINNERS SPRIGGAN AT �2.55. GOOD SELECTION OF WINE AT �11 A BOTTLE. WE ALSO HAD REALLY GOOD FOOD - SPECIAL OF THE DAY WAS A VERY TASTY PORK AND DIJON PIE SERVED WITH VEGETABLES FOR �5.95. WILL RETURN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ENDED UP SPENDING 4 HOURS IN THE BEER GARDEN IN THE MARCH SUN - PERFECT!
