this bar is expensive and pretentious. it saddens me that these sorts of places are allowed to prosper in chorlton. i suppose as the wealthy fashionable crowd move in and take over, they become more commonplace. ah well.

for the last few months this place has smelt of shit! there is something wrong with the sewage system apparently but the staff, who have to work in this disgusting environment tell me the management are not making any effort to sort it out. it amazes me that people still EAT in there! i used to like the place - full of wierd and wonderful local characters - but the smell makes me feel i want to PUKE. shame.
