The Kings Arms, Stowmarket

A pub that has opened and bucks the recent trend of familiar pub closures, must be doing something right?

Great varietal beer choices always two offerings from Woodfords at the weekend and three others cask options with a concentration on locally sourced and equally important sensibly priced brews. The resulting pints are consistently well kept and you benefit from this dedication to quality driven by a landlady who really knows her ale.

Next time you hop off the train at Stow, the pub is just opposite, or have an hour to chat in a beer garden during the warmer summer evenings this is your place!

The Elephant and Castle, Eyke

Hurrah!

The reopening of this once very popular local is always worthy of a celebration. A very pleasant couple and family have invested in providing the people of Eyke a vital community venue.

One of the best kept pints of Adnams around, hopefully some more local ales will pay the E and C a requisite visit, do the same and support your local!

The White Horse, Edwardstone

Good evens!

What a fantastic pub, brewery and campsite (all on the same site)

The ethos of the place has to be commended with locally sourced ingredients utilised in both the brewing process and the kitchen. Local ciders the beers brewed on−site are unique and worth sampling, then order up BIG!

People who care are what make this place a pleasure to visit, I suggest you do the same and witness the wind turbine, photovoltaics and solar thermals in action. Discuss the merits of the former whilst supping fino ale and scoffing tasty eateries before returning to your tent/cabin!
