The Harrow, Aylesbury

Went in here for a quiet Pint or two before heading home and was very disappointed. Whilst the staff seemed very friendly and helpful the prices were very expensive. I noticed a big crack in the ceiling right above my head which didn't help in making me feel more comfortable. I doubt if I will go back in, and whether I would be able to afford to go back anyway!

The Rose and Crown, Wendover

Fairly nice pub, prices are pretty standard but you will find cheaper elsewhere. Friendly and helpful staff, decent food as well. All sports shown on big screens. overall the rose and crown is a nice place to drink, however there is not much real ale available at all, mostly lagers..........................

Aristocrat, Aylesbury

Went in here a while ago as I have been passed it so many times without ever having been in. The beer is drinkable and the prices are okish, but the overall feel and atmosphere of the pub is not good; it felt very chavvy. When I went in it was the afternoon and it was fairly crowded. I would suggest that this is not the place to go if you want a quiet drink as it was quite rowdy and boistrous. On a better note the bar maid was very attentitive and helpfull.
